As CFO/COO, Ms. Cassidy worked on behalf of new owners to turn-around a $500 million wholesale and retail grocery company.

She completed due diligence and managed the development of the business plan to guide the turn-around. She worked with counsel to evaluate out-sourced IT software improvements and processing. She oversaw the termination of a poorly performing chain of retail stores, including resolution of lease obligations outstanding. She recruited a new controller and installed a cash forecasting system, with results better than plan. Finally she and her team developed a new reporting package and initiated internal control and accountability improvements.
